Mr. Gerry Edtl is an expert in business profitability and direct marketing. In his 35 years of business experience he has analyzed and developed clear, actionable solutions to address the widespread confusion around profitability and direct marketing. Mr. Edtl is now retired from the international franchising business after serving 34 years. For nineteen years he worked as a franchise turn around specialist. His unique ability to bring out the true and best in each team member has made him a highly sought after business coach. He also worked fifteen years as a business consultant, international speaker, educator, and seminar presenter. During those fifteen years he developed multiple marketing processes that earned him the respect of business owners and their key managers.

Today, he is the Founder and President of Leadership Training by Gerry Edtl, a corporation that serves business owners with a proven course of leadership. His company helps team leaders discover and realize their professional and personal potential as they build the team, improve the work, implement a plan, and enlarge capacity. Mr. Edtl is currently working with Dr. Richard Parrott, Founder and President of Seize Your Life, Inc. where he presents Dr. Parrott’s program, Essentials: The Proven Path of Effective Leadership, a seminar series for team leaders and key staff members. The program increases personal authenticity, improves professional competency, and impacts business capacity.

Gerry’s hobby is volunteer umpiring for Little League Baseball and Softball. He was selected to umpire at two Little League Regional Tournaments (one level below Little League World Series) where he earned his certification to umpire in a Little League World Series and is currently waiting his turn. During his ten years as a volunteer umpire he has learned that baseball is like life. Sometimes the call goes your way and sometimes it does not. How you deal with it is all that matters. 

Mr. Edtl has been married to his wife Lynn for 34 years. Lynn has worked in the business with Gerry for 19 years. She is also an internationally known speaker, corporate trainer, and marketing consultant. Lynn is currently attending Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. She is majoring in religious studies with plans to become a business Chaplain.
